We are pleased to offer a series of hypnotherapy sessions facilitated by Ginie, a registered nurse and trained hypnotherapist.

Ginie is kindly providing these workshops at no cost to members and minimal charge to non-members.

Hypnotherapy is a way of being in touch with your inner resources. It is a state of increased awareness where you feel awake, can hear everything and remain in control.

Please note, numbers are limited, so bookings are essential.

What to bring:

• wear comfortable clothes
• gym mat (you will be lying on the floor)
• pillow
• blanket
