We are delighted to be able to offer Circle of Security again.

This is an 8 week course, but due to existing staff commitments we will be having a 3 week break. It will run on Fridays from 9-11.30 on the following dates:

Sessions 1 - 5        Fri 17 April to Fri 15 May (Please note this course starts in the Easter holidays - it was the only way I could fit it in!)

(3 week break from Fri 22 May - Fri 5 June)

Sessions 6, 7 and 8    Fri 12 June, Fri 19 June and Fri 26 June

This is a brilliant course, highly recommended to all parents. Please register as soon as you can to secure your spot.

Circle of Security is a free parenting program, designed to help parents to understand their child's behaviour and to build and strengthen a secure relationship with their child.

Decades of university-based research have confirmed that secure children exhibit increased empathy, greater self-esteem, better relationships with parents and peers, enhanced school readiness, and an increased capacity to handle emotions more effectively when compared with children who are not secure.

Program benefits:

- Ways to enhance the development of your child's self-esteem, trust and sense of security

- Supporting the creation of a secure base from which your child feels able to explore their world, knowing there is a safe haven to return to.

- Strategies to build confidence as a parent so that you can enjoy parenting and take on new challenges along the way.
