Extended Holiday Playgroup - all ages

Special holiday playgroup - older siblings and other family members are welcome over the holidays!  A lovely chance for older kids to revisit their playgroup years alongside their younger siblings.  Finish time extended until 12pm

Playgroups are suitable for families whose children are not yet at school.  They are facilitated by Fiona Browne who has many years of experience in providing stimulating, educational and fun activities for young children as well as a nurturing and supportive environment for parents and carers.

You can arrive any time you like.  Generally there are a choice of inside and outside activities set up from 9.30, and the children are encouraged to choose which activities they would like to engage with.  At around 10.45 parents and children assist in packing away before fruit and mat time at 11am where children eat their fruit, listen to a story and take part in action rhymes and songs.  Home time is at 12.00pm.

Bookings preferred but not essential.  Free to members, casual $5 per session.

Please bring:

* a piece of fruit to share for fruit time 

* water bottle

* hat

* change of clothes

Playgroup is not only a chance for your child to develop gross and fine motor skills but also social skills.  For parents, it is great to meet other people at a similar stage in their parenting.  Hope to see you there!
