The gentle art of Tai Chi will encourage balance both physically and mentally.  This class is suitable for all levels.  Held in room L1 (formerly known as Meeting Rooms 1 and 2, lower building).

This class is $5 per session casual rate or free to members. Membership costs less than $2 per week Membership (mfc.au)
