Move & play and story time!
Learn and develop essential skills for sport coordination - we will be following a structured program from Kiddo which focuses on developing the 4 key physical literacies of running, jumping, throwing and catching, which lay the foundations for good coordination and healthy activity throughout our lives.
Once our little ones have used up some energy, we will head over to the library for a quieter session, joining them for their regular Friday story-time, with story, rhymes, song and craft.
Our Friday will look like this:
9.30 Arrive playgroup room at MFC
Welcome/warm up
Structured activities focusing on key skill development (running, jumping, throwing, catching)
10.15 snack time
10.30 arrive library for story-time, rhymes, songs and craft
Here is a little more information about the Kiddo program, which Fiona has recently completed the training in.
